A Therapist Who Cares
The Mission
At Lighthouse Therapy our purpose is clear: elevate the mental well-being of educational institutions to foster healthier, more productive environments for teachers, staff, and students. Therapeutic interventions have emerged as beacons of hope, proving immensely effective in nurturing mental health and directly affecting areas of performance, engagement, and overall well-being. Lighthouse Therapy wants to be that beacon of hope for all Tennessee schools.

The Journey
Our journey isn't just about consulting – it's a heartfelt mission to transform mental health practices in schools to improve the lives of students and teachers. A mission I am proud and excited to be on.
My years of experience as a social worker taught me the value of good mental health practices and the strong foundation they provide. A need among school children, particularly, caught my attention as I witnessed the toll of educator burnout impacting student care and well-being. This ignited a purpose within me and I founded Lighthouse Therapy with the goal of creating better life experiences by utilizing mental health practices.
Lighthouse Therapy is my endeavor to bridge the gap between existing practices and a future where mental health is an opportunity for people and organizations to thrive.
